This is by far the worst nightmare ever. Promise cars but you get there ups no cars, they say they will honor your reservation but now you’re stuck waiting overnight. When the day shift comes (sat mrng) lord customer service is nonexistent here. Ladies will fight you in English & Spanish. They treat ppl like we’re idiots. Please stay away specially on weekends day shift is horrible

Staff was very nice until we found out after the vacation about all the HIDDEN FEES. They cost us an extra 300$. If I ever rent a car here again I will be extremely suspicious.

Horrible horrible service. Gorge was rude and so unprofessional to any women that were renting cars. We will NEVER rent from Dollar or Thrifty.. save time and rent somewhere else or don't use the Miami airport car rental.

No, I have used the services of this rental company.
Thrifty location closed at that time, but directing to accross to Dollar Rent a car boot at same rental car center. But line is long, hope will not keep waiting long.
You need a credit card on enterprise takes debit cards now with flight information.
Doubt it. I was told to return it to the same place of pick up
Not with a debit or credit card
Yes, the air train
Hello, I had to go to an office, because they never answered me by phone
They try to push you to pre pay 54 dollars for tolls but you don't have to and if you're not going to travel alot than tolls won't be an issue
At least 200 and the price of the Rental
Hi. Not really. Although it is possible that I rent it and name you co-driver to you. At Thrifty the second driver is free. I think a good option. Good trip!!
First it is important to pay rent gold or platinum card and gives you the same insurance card, to which I added full insurance because the rent includes a basic.
Once, I forgot the SunPass and went to the same place to deliver the car and showed me where I was the lost and found office and there I returned it.
Nop. You have thrifty bus transfer to MIA Airport
Same as in English
This is not the official page ...
Rent the car without insurance and take out the insurance before removing the car
I rent a car, and pay with a credit card, from Chile, there in Miami pay only the use of Tag
The place where the cars are left is in another place that is not the port. There are some buses that take you to the port.
US return things, sure you have the Rent a car, send an email or call
Yes. Rental Car Center is located in a building next to the airport. There is free a train (MIA Mover) from Airport, only one stop (about 3 minutes)
I had the same concern. But the 250 USD was never transferred to my credit card account as a payment, but a prepayment, and that is to say that when the vehicle returned in the same condition, that prepayment was canceled and did not constitute a payment . I could verify it in the following statement of account.
What I always use is GPS, to avoid wrong routes and waste time.
I don't know exactly Well I paid directly The only thing that is, is that the third party must have a driver's license, be of legal ege, and if it is feom that city or country, the cost goes up.
Depending on how many day rental
Yes Airport Location is open 24/7
That cost of which you speak, was outside the one that you had already canceled before removing the car? Because if you rented it directly with thrifty it's time to make the claim directly. But there may be several factors: -Pages -Gas tanks -aditional driver -gps -recharges are made for those who rent, that if they were not careful they were attached to the direct charge of the card, as well as: - fines and parking. where the license plate of the car was recorded without it
Chat right there at the counter personally they'll sort it out right away.
Yes
It's not exactly inside the airport. It is connected by a monorail - there is a 3-5 minute ride. The rental car facility is also connected to the (final) Tri-Rail stop, and a bus terminal.
