A bad experience. The vehicle was not very clean and there was problems with the vehicle were we had to jump start it every day. Also extremely rude garbage person who tended to their phone, with no customer consideration. Go somewhere else, I will not be using this company again. People need to be fired.

Please be aware they have a 10$ per day fee for insurance on top of a 16$ fee for insurance if you go per day call and ask questions quoted 66$ by the time I was almost out the door up to 224$ not including toll package. They are fast talkers

Rented from Ace in Miami airport , I paid a flat daily fee for unlimited tolls for 4 days ,I got a really good deal online 4 days car, tolls,prepaid gas and insurance total $284. Miami has tolls everywhere

WORST CAR RENTAL COMPANY. THE COMPANY COVERED 200 DOLLARS OF GUARANTEE DEPOSIT AND REFUNDED THE MINOR AMOUNT. TOTALLY INIDONAL COMPANY, BEYOND THE COST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Good I have called 3 times and they cut me off. I require information on when the return of a deposit will be made. They told me that today and it has not been done.

Auto Insurance is mandatory in the State of Florida, if your renting a car and want to use your own, it's a good idea to bring your insurance card or a picture of it with you in case something happens and you need the info, i.e. accident, pulled over etc.

I just booked a car by Hotwire and I'm very upset about ACE rental car in Miami. I read bad stuff about this rental car. Can you give me more informations? Thank you.

Customer service was really good it's all the extra insurance, toll charges that I was on aware which boost price over the car charges itself.

Where do you take the bus to go to the car center? Do you have an airport transfer service at 7AM?

Ace are pirates I had a problem with a deposit that will not be returned to me, I already have it clear. Avoid this company if you do not have problems.
