Friendly treatment, punctual and without problems, they pick you up at the airport and take you to the rental office, then when you return the car they take you back to the airport, they speak Spanish, I rented a Toyota Corolla, all good.

Friendly and transparent treatment, the vehicle was adapted to what was stipulated in the contract, being in very good condition and very clean. At the time of picking us up at the airport it was fast, the same as when it came to taking us back. Totally recommended. If we ever return, we will have no hesitation in using this company again.

Very good experiences with Americars this summer. We requested information via email and received a prompt response. They are also very competitive in price. They keep their promises. Came to pick us up at Miami airport and got a beautiful, almost new, Nissan Roque. Plenty of room for 4 adults including luggage. Nice tour through Florida with this car. The return also went well and they were neatly dropped off at the airport. No hassle, just good.

Great car and speedy collection service. On collection we were asked to pay $250 for toll costs, to be refunded after toll costs removed. We have been charged additional costs since returning the car which is a surprise given the mileage we drove. We have sent multiple emails asking for an itemisation and any deposit to be returned, unfortunately no response form Americars. This is a real shame as it lets down their front end customer service experience.
