If you go when the mobile spay/neuter van is there and have proof that you're on Medicaid or public assistance then they will do the spay/neuter for free plus vaccines will also be done that day for free. The only down side is they are very busy and they start taking in pets at 7am but you have to get there at like 5:30 or 6am otherwise you won't get taken that day.

Neuter cat at young age is better,they mite recommend if cat from them is done 1 day apointment
