Hello, the ASPCA is a wonderful organization. Several years ago, my Stafford terrier was attacked by a pitbull while trying to protect me. At the time, I was unemployed and my income was low. I took my furbaby to the ASPCA. They used a sliding fee scale model, which came out to $100 for services that were much more. I said all of that to say, they will provide services in order to give your pet the best care. If you call, the recording will explain income guidelines and etc. You can also speak to a receptionist. I hope this helps. Congrats on your new furbaby.
They won't take human health insurance but they have spay and neuter vans that offer free or low cost neutering and they give shot there at the same time.

I found a little kitten on the street, can I bring her in so she can get adopted by someone?
