I want to adopt a Young , male,Jack Russell instead of buying this time in an effort to save a life if possible. Any suggestions or ideas where and dies the Aspcahave any?

Great idea rescue dogs are wonderful, and need homes. As far as the Jack Russell you can check the website, they usually post the dogs they have up on line for adoption. Or you might swing by and check the place out. You can always talk to a caretaker there at the ASPCA and tell them what you are looking for. But I must tell you that a lot of their dogs are mixed breeds and finding a pure Jack Russell might be tough. But you might see another breed of dog you like , if not you can check it out you might get lucky.There is Best Friends Adoption and The Northshore , both of those places are rescue shelters for pets . Google either one for more info
