U can try petfinder. Lots a ppl cant keep their pets and want a good home forever...good p.s.shelters will charhe a minimal fee bit u get shot records up to date and after u spay or neuter if they're not already fixed, shelters will normally give u money back, as an incentive to not breed more homeless and unwanted animals..

They really don't have small dogs. The dogs prices range from 75 to 150. Depends on the size. Puppies cost more. Cats are 75 I believe kittens cost more. My 2year old cat cost me 75.

They are suppose to accept donations for the dog, however they ask you for a fee, depending on the age of the Dog. The fee you pay covers the overhead of their cost to take care of all dogs. Your new pet , no matter how old they are will be up to date with shots , spay or neutering. They have a lot of dogs, different breeds and ages
