Is there a way to get fees waived or lowered

The ASPCA doesn't normally charged any fees for adoptions of pets over the age of 3 years. However during the covid emergency the ASPCA are not charging any fees for all adoptions.

I dnt think so bought my pitt Jill there she almost died and they saved her I could not afford it if I had 2 pay out if pocket, but a donation is a good thing 2 do I did its the lease I could do. Im sure they will help you...

I have just adapted 2 kitties and there was no charge but what I did do was give a donation which is very important to the ASPCA and I was happy to help.
