I need help please with a mother cat and a baby that are in frigid cold outside abandoned by their owners... I been feeding them for past 3 weeks I'm scared they bot gonna make it in this cold ... I called 311 for help and nothing

Take the cat & the kitten(s) inside. They will die in the cold. Maybe a cardboard box for containment? Call the Humane Society, the ASPCA and any other organization you can google. They should be able to help you.

Please take them into your home temporarily and then bring them to the aspca or call the Humane Society to see if they have room to take them. Either of these places may recommend a rescue group. If you leave them in the cold their chances of survival are low.
