Definitely call again. It takes them awhile to answer because they are so busy. But it's worth it. They are reasonably priced, helpful and knowledgeable.

Call the number. And I honestly say you may have to wait for a long time. Call the number. Hit #3 then #0 and wait. They are very busy place and cheaper than a vet but not staffed much. It's basic. Not like a vet visit where you feel a bit pampered. Still it's a great place
