I waited to make an appt for almost an hour. Gave up. No excuse or justification for this. None.

Yes the wait on phone is VERY LONGGGGGGG. As far as no excuse you can always go to closer vets and pay a lot more... Instead of complaining, why not volunteer? And help them... They are not for profit... Just in case you didn't know.

They be entirely busy trying to handle so many people all at once. So its not they fault at all. No matter where you call they will have you on hold due to emergencies or if another staff in need of extra help if the staffs are low at the locations.
