Yes they do. They also sell the film if you have an older camera.
They absolutely develop 35mm and medium format film. I believe they may do large format as well but don't quote me on that one.

I haven't developed film in a while but they did the last time I brought it to be done. But I think they Waite in till they have enough to make it cost effective. But I only have them put it on to a CD so I can save on printing and it stores better that way.

Biggs does develop 35mm negative film. They no longer do slides. Their machine for slides went down several years ago and they did not do enough to warrant replacing it. Also Charlotte Camera may do film.
