Went here to rent a lens. Told all rental needs to be done on computer not "in store". Ok fine, go on my smart phone and try to rent lens online while "in store". Can't add rental item into cart. Ask for help. "Do you know if lens is out for rental or another problem?". Told to try different date range for rental. OK I said and left...Workers there had a bad case of "IDGAF"--- Why then should I shop there then.

Pull up them on the web for repair. I found out that they do not repair cameras. The attitude I received from them was very bad. It was like I was doing something wrong by bringing my camera to them . I have bought equipment from them before but I will not make that mistake again. I DO NOT Recommend them for anything!!!!

Yes, but you'll only get cursory info at the counter because there are other customers. Occasionally camera brands will host workshops at the store. The local Charlotte meetup groups are good sources for networking and workshops.
No they do not sell telescopes.

Yes we do. $19.99 for 1 tape and $14.99 each for multiples at the same time.
Biggs sells 35mm and 120/medium format film. They usually have Fuji 200 but with the pandemic the supply chain is a little more difficult so they have sold out occasionally. They keep as much film in stock as possible.
If Southern Photo Technical Service is still in business they could repair your camera.
