Have bought several items from here in the past several years. I am a home owner ,not a commercial customer. I took my 3 year old Sthil weedeater for repair on 07.26.2022. I had a problem getting gas to the carburetor, I replaced the primer .Took to Faulk brothers explained problem. The clerk says could be gas filter or gas line.I had to call to find if ready today. Today informed cost was $96 dollars. I was not notified about replacing carburetor or given opportunity to make up my mind.Andy, who says he is son in law of owner would not explain why didn't call me about$ 45.00 carburetor. I paided bill, but this was my last visit to this business.Homeowners, this is no place for repairs or "good customer service.

What can I say the best service I have every experienced. After the passing of my husband I had to learn a lot on my own. My husband taught me a lot as a military wife, and how to stand on my own two feet. But one thing he didn’t teach me was how to work a chainsaw, before his passing he purchased not one but two Stihl chaninsaws. After high wins in my area a very large tree came tumbling down. This military wife had no choice but to pull out the chainsaws. You might wonder why Im sharing such a long review, it’s because I would love to thank the two gentleman who took out there time to show me how to put a new chain on the chainsaw and video it for future use. You never know what someone is going through, one of the gentleman helped to put the chainsaw in my car. Here’s why my review is so long; he said to me, God will not put more on us then what we can bear. Well this tough military wife tried to be strong at that moment, but I broke into tears. You see you never know what a person is going through, I live this new life with a lot of my first time, I’m on my own now have to make him proud of me. Once in my car I had to remind myself what I’ve always knew YOUR A STRONG MILITARY WIFE. So I may have forgotten the names but you know who you are. God bless you and thanks for the over the top CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad service take them 2 months before they know what wrong with the chainsaw. Take off parts my chainsaw and don’t even put back together.

Wearing masks and it's credit card to pay your bill no green money ( cash ), the guys are extremely good to deal with or order in Parts if they do not have it in stock
I would financing with Faulk brothers I would try Lowe's first or home depot
