Young male manager is very rude and not helpful at all. This location will mot let you return items even know they have lifetime warranty on them. They will make you go back to the store you purchased from. Very bland attitude like I'm bothering him to assist me. As you walk into the store loud cursing 🤬 music (lil Wayne) cussing

Asked for assistance, (not to do the job for me), with adding Freon to my vehicle, and pretty much got told by Skylar “We just sell products, not assist customers” and this is after I just spend $50+ dollars with them.

I arrived at this location 5 minutes before closing time for a new battery for my caravan, and I received the BEST help ever! The young African -American male ( I believe his name was KIERON) that checked me out on 05/16/2022 evening was EXTREMELY helpful! He asked all the questions needed for the proper battery, he helped carry my old battery, he made sure that I received credit for my old battery, and he even gave me some reviews on some of the batteries to help me choose the best battery. He attempted to take the handle off of the battery for me also, and he gave me tips about keeping corrosion off of my new battery, etc. I can tell that this young man cares about his job/customers. He wasn't grumpy, and he and the other lad didn't turn me away when they could have... given that it was almost time for them to get off work. Nonetheless, the cashier went above and FREAKING BEYOND! I'll be back for sure!
