This has been my preferred AutoZone for years, as I live closest to it. I only had one bad experience with a terrible employee, who seemed to have little interest, in upholding the store's reputation. After sending the complaint to the proper person, this issue was remedied immediately. The next time I engaged the same employee, they had the manners of Mayberry. I don't remember if it was a AutoZone executive or owner, but he took care of that with surgical efficiency.
