I came in to get a new car battery on Monday and was informed I had a choice of 2 batteries that were in stock. I had one of the 2 installed. The next day I had the alternator checked at Advance Zone. They told me the new battery wasn’t showing a full charge after less than a day (450 vs 600). I tried to go back to Auto Zone immediately after but was told no one could do it then. Today I called back to make an appointment to get the same battery swapped out for a new one. A rude and condescending woman told me the very battery her coworker advised me to buy 2 days ago was the wrong one for my car. I would like to speak to management about resolving this issue as none of the employees seem capable of helping me.
