Amazing customer service experience. I called ahead to see if the battery I needed was in stock, as soon as I walked in they all greeted me with smiles every single person had smiles on their faces. Luis had the battery at the register waiting for me to check out. The teamwork was priceless. I live downtown Charlotte and will drive to this location as long as they have guys like this working. They were so willing to help and made sure I was fully taken care of. Owners/Management should be proud of these guys. Thank you Daniel for finishing up the job(expert technician) the entire team are amazing I just couldn’t get all the names. This is the place to go for excellent service. Thank you!

Yes they do. It's a free service. As long as it's not a hybrid vehicle and the battery isn't boiling due to overcharge by faulty alternator.
