My car died and I got jump started and drove to Auto Zone. I arrived at 9:45pm and the nice representative installed a new battery for me even though they were about to close. I could tell he really knows what he is doing and I’m happy I went there. I would definitely recommend this place!

Zero stars, I ordered a radiator Monday under the impression it would be here Tuesday, and it wasn’t here so I called and after getting the run around they tell me it’s in Charlotte somewhere and they would call me Wednesday as soon as it got here. So I’m waiting and around 9:30-10am I call them and ask what’s going on, still no radiator and they look in the system to tell me that the company they were getting it from did not have any in stock and my order was canceled altogether. This is very unprofessional and caused me to lose and spend even more money due to the fact I have to wait even longer to order the radiator elsewhere. It’s safe to say I will never do business with Autozone again

They can scan your cars computer and give you an idea of what the codes are and how to fix, tho some things need a mechanic to determine exactly whats wrong
