Will be finding a new ups store to use. Most of the people who work at this location are really nice, but 1 person thinks he knows everything. I’m pretty sure my lawyer knows more about proper notarization of forms than a ups store employee. They just lost a long term customer. There are too many ups stores to choose from to go to one that treats customers badly. ***Update on my review*** The form that I needed notarized that the "brown man", as he is called in other reviews, refused to notarize as well as caused a scene in the store yelling at me that I was asking him to notarize a form illegally. The form was easily and happily notarized by Bank of America for free! So take my advice and just go to your bank for free instead of paying this rude, racist $10 to cause a scene and embarrass you.

I have used EVERY shipping place in the 28277 zip code. This is my go to store. I ship frequently. Every package reaches it's desired location promptly. They are helpful and friendly unlike other local locations. I learned to use ONLY this location after missing packages from the store closest to my home. You won't have any rude interactions here. I like their friendly reliability. That is everything when shipping anything.
