Excellent service, quality, kindness I went to 5 CVS and Walgreens, looking to take photos for my passport according to all the damaged machines, from the beginning I wanted to come to the fedex office print & ship center, I told my partner and I'm sure I'll look pretty there, we went no I was wrong, excellent photos and the person who attended us was very kind.

They don’t greet you while you’re at the desk. Caucasian female employee brown hair ponytail (seems like maybe a supervisor or manager since she was helping different employees) made direct eye contact with me for like 2.5 seconds only to look away & go back to what she was doing on the computer. No hello or we’ll be with you shortly. I will say I’ve had a decent phone & in-person experience with her recently. Same with the tall new black guy with rings. Stood the closest to me no gdmrng nothing until I’d been there for several minutes. Then he gets rude with me as if I’m a child. I wasn’t about to tell him about himself b/c obviously that’s not new unless he just did that b/c I’m a black female. I don’t believe he understood how old I am & that you don’t speak to Any customer that way. I’ve worked customer service many many years ago but his behavior was unacceptable. I will say I’ve had a brief, yet good experience with him recently. Whomever manages this place needs to better with customer service training. I will be contacting corporate

I go here almost every other week for work. Everyone is very nice, service is quick and this is by far the best Fedex in the area. Very helpful if you have no idea how shipping works (me about 6 months ago until I started only going here).
