I always love coming to see shows here, but this one stands out. I have anxiety and was coming alone for the first time. I left to sit in the hallway about halfway through because I started having a panic attack. The most wonderful employee, Jenn, came straight over to see if I was okay, helped me breathe, got me some water, and led me to an area downstairs I could watch without feeling claustrophobic. Jenn truly went above and beyond to not only make sure I was okay, but that I still got to enjoy the show. Thank you, Jenn! ♥️

No, it's not. But Grand Tier are the best seats!!!
Is the Phantom of the Opera still on for the 2 o'clock performance tomorrow 1/18?
Grand Tier and Mezzanine above are good value
If you go there they offer brochures but also on there website they have all of their shows listed with dates and times.
I know they have interpreting, assistive listening headsets and TTY/TTD. Not sure if they have telecoil specifically, though.
No
No but masks required
Don't know. Walked from hotel - didn't need parking.

It's depends upon how you define walking distance. Businesses do not normally monitor Google Maps for questions about their services or availability. You should consider contacting them directly or using their website. Your answer is easily found using Google maps. Charlotte is not the size of NYC, almost every hotel is within my definition of walking distance.
You can see what seats are available on their website
They are "Non-Refundable" and there is tax.
I would suggest parking in the BofA parking deck, taking the bridge across the street (which keeps you out of crowds) then you can enter in directly to the theater. Also, pay your parking at the theater. The cost is $5 vs. $20 at the garage. Hope this helps!
When it comes to bags and purses does it have to be a certain size, clear, only certain items are allowed like at a concert. I know that the bags will be checked. I just need to know. I'm going to see Cats tonite
Yes, cheaper by $15.00 to $25.00 per ticket when bought at the box office.
Depends on your skill set.
Behind the theater opening on to College St.
It's decent. Front rows in every category are fine. I would prefer a front row of Mezz than a back row of better category. Also try to avoid seats near pillars. The side mezz looked way too good from distiance and performers came there to play too, but not sure if they had to tilt their head to watch
There's several parking decks around the theater that require a fee. We usually take the light rail downtown and walk to the theater.
Yes, they will help you through the box office. They are very good about saving those seats for those who need it.
there are actually 3 theaters in the building. the belk theater. the booth theater and the stage door. the entrance is on tryon and 5th St. Charlotte NC
Probably have to purchase those
To the letter of the question, no, but to the spirit... Not every production at every venue is appropriate for every potential audience member. Sometimes the fantastic plays produced by local companies at Spirit Square contain mature content. Sometimes nationally known comedians are going to say things you don't want your kids repeating at school. And sometimes The Book of Mormon is coming 😇 But they are pretty good about including content warnings with advertising. On the flip side, if you are asking because you don't have kids... People do bring very young children (even babies) to pretty much anything, so if you're looking for a child free date night, no guarantees. Sorry for the long answer, but it's a big place with a lot going on 😊
I enjoyed the screen over the piano showing the pianist play so masterfully.
I believe they will allow you to change. I did earlier for a different play.
Well... Sometimes, maybe, usually, definitely... There are often fewer fees, but not none. Some shows have lotteries for super bargains at the box office the day of the event, call and ask. Also, sometimes tickets have been held but at the last minute are not needed, and sometimes these are released, prices may vary, check with the box office within 24 hours of showtime. Good luck!
To give you a quick answer without investigation, I'd note that the tickets to the far sides of most sections are less expensive. The line as to when a seat in the same row is the beginning of the less expensive tickets is an artificial line, probably adjusted based on an analysis of when a buyer would decide to go to another row rather than purchase a ticket on what might be deemed too far to the side.
It was 2017

Mixed drinks beer wine champagne . .
Maybe so
There's also a few Preferred Parking lots nearby. They're a few blocks away but much faster to get out of after crowded shows.
Typically it's tickets to every show in their season, or it may be an option to add one additional show for a slight upcharge. You also have the ability to swap out usually 2 to 4 shows for some from the Broadway Extras series if you prefer any of those. I'm a two year season ticket holder and it's been great.
Nov.24 to 26.
The tickets were sold as part of the PNC Broadway Lights Package last year and totally sold out. Any ones you find online should be considered bogus. Update: See Blumenthal site for today's update.

The box office is quite helpful and usually do an excellent job with left items
Call to check.
They give you preferred parking lots. The one we use was the Bank of America parking garage and I believe it was 150 College Street entrance Charlotte. It was a very easy walk from the parking garage on the 6th floor it takes you across a walking bridge everything's indoor and you walk through the Bank of America Center right to the Blumenthal Performing Arts entrance.
You can park in the Bank of America parking deck next to the Blumenthal. If you go inside the theater and pay for your parking it will cost only 5 dollars. At the end of the evening just hand over your ticket to the attendant and pull out.
If you are so concerned don't go
It's according to where you park. Could be 1 to 5 blocks.
Typically yes. We have changed tickets many times. You just need to contact the ticket office and discuss. There may be additional fees for having to reissue and seating my change based on whats available. Hope this helps.
