We had our 5 year vowel renewal ceremony here and it was amazing. The experience with Tom Kio and many more was great. We appreciate the love and dedication you gave to us in making our special day a success. We definitely recommend the orchid banquet hall. Excited to plan something else to use another room lol.

I had an event here a few months ago. The staff did great with my decor,it was beautiful(I give that a 10)!.......The event spaces are niceeee! BUT THE ATTITUDES OF THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. They play nice for a while but true colors come out after a while.Tom has apoooooooor attitude on so many levels,and can be very unprofessionalat times.! Also mis information was given more than a few times. I've been to many events here and I hear similar problems. You have to use their bar tending service and that was horrible as well:rude, poor quality, and rushed, also tried to shut down serving drinks before my time was up. It doesn't matter how nice a space is, QUALITY & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES IS KEY, & these people haven't mastered that!
