It's auto zone, the employees were as helpful as they could be. I was able to get my parts and move on.

Rangel was excellent. He carefully installed my battery even though the store was busy. He took the extra time to properly remove the leaking battery, clean up the corrosion on connectors, place fresh grease on the terminals, and process the return on the old battery. Thank you!

I always get the help I need here. They never make me feel inferior as a female coming in which is common in auto places. They always try to find me the cheapest price. Yay Autozone Pomona on Town Ave!

i do not recommend using the online ordering and pick-up in store if you are thinking it will be quick! I ordered 4 items commonly purchased at 5pm online and the order was NOT ready until 9:30am the following day! I also tried to call the store around 8pm and no one answered the phone! I have no problems with the products or services otherwise, I just can't recommend the Online ordering and pick-up in store feature, as it is not efficient, nor a time saver!

They're fine. If you're asking, maybe you should order your parts shipped. Your health is your responsibility. Putting that responsibility on others is the opposite of healthy.
