I’ve been a member for about 5 years, and truly enjoyed my experience for the first 3 years. I have several autoimmune diseases, neuropathy, connective tissue disease, and a herniated disc. I found the massages extremely instrumental in my pain management. For the last two years, I’ve been unable to find an appointment for massage, facial, or full body stretch across 12 locations in Colorado, which has resulted in over $2,500 in unused credits. I have attempted to connect with local leadership as well as the corporate offices for 6 months now, only to have been passed from person to person without a solution. They suggested I call each location EVERY SINGLE DAY to see if there were any cancellations. This is an absolutely unreasonable request. I asked to put my account on hold 5 times, and continued to be charged the full price month after month. Finally, because I could not afford to continue to throw money down the drain, I cancelled my account and will lose all of my credits as a result. Absolutely zero empathy, integrity, or accountability toward my situation. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Poorly trained staff. I was rescheduled twice and was told on my appointment day that they cannot do my facial due to some policy!!!!!!!! And that policy I clearly discussed with the person on phone . Worst experience ever! It takes months to get appointment no one ever picks the phone . When i went there the place was EMPTY!!!!!! Owner are you listening??

Just had a massage by Robert yesterday, and I would not recommend. I am physically bruised this morning from him working an area “that I must not have said something about because it was so tight”. After audibly wincing in pain multiple times, and him retrying, when I would audibly and physically tense up, he would say “there it is”. No that isn’t it, that is tension from having an inexperienced massage causing pain thinking they are working something that isn’t there. Well this morning I have a physical bruise and I had to tell him that area had become very tender and to move on after way to much drilling that area. An hour long massage mostly focused on what now is going to cause days of physical pain. While I don’t get massages regularly I have had plenty in my life and this one ranks way below any I’ve ever had. If I would have known the bruises this morning and the not good kind of post massage pain, I would not have left a gratuity but I did it out of courtesy. In general the massage was not smooth and they way he puts pressure and quickly moves to another focal area is painful, and not in a good way. I don’t think I enjoyed any part of it, and it absolutely did not relax or help my tension. In fact, my frustration over the bruises and pain this morning did the exact opposite.
