The process was quick and easy. The staff are NOT courteous, no greetings, no thanks, the typical Mexican bureaucrat.

I have to stand outside by the sidewalk and one of their machine did not work so I waited more than 3 hours for my passport

Needed to take a family friend to get her Mexican passport and update her MatrΓcula Consular. Appointment was at 10:30am, out by 10:50am. Great service!

You need to ask directly there

Hello, good afternoon, I have a question, what did you need to get your voter credential, and does the consulate have to come or can I get it with you, I waited for your answer, thank you

You have to go to the consulate I think you need a birth certificate an i.d. And I don't remember what else but to be seen you need to have an appointment and at the time you make your appointment they tell you what you need and once you go I recommend that you take advantage of your consular registration I think it's 27 dollars and for the voter ID it's free
