I've made a Saturday apointment twice. Both times the office called me and told me that their "electricity" was down and they had to go home. How does this happen every Saturday? These people are lazy and unprofessional. I've tried to go during the week but the lines are so long that I don't have time to wait. I can't make it after work because they close so early. I'm not sure how they're still in business being so unprofessional. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB along with other patients that have been mistreated.

The staff is extremely nice, fast and helpful. Once you're inside the office it is extremely clean and everyone is spread out. Only downfall: the walk ins causes a huge line... I went at 5:30am and there were 14 people before me already. By the time I got out, the line was 30+ people long. Your best bet is to do an online appointment because you just walk to the front of the line and go in. Downfall: if you do an appointment it will be 1-2-3 weeks later

If it is not Saturday, you can walk in but you will be served after all appointment patients are taken care of. Saturdays are appointment only.
