Dropping review to one today. I started a Western Union transfer and think I can finish/pay any time at the register. They told me to come back after 10am. I think she is wrong. If I am corrected I will change my review back to three. Most of the time I go into this store expecting something I am disappointed. The lines are confusing, ATM is frequently out of order/money, the Western Union station is closed too early and the limit on cash withdrawals is too low. I think the average of 3.5 is about right to a little high!

Thank you to the pharmacy for being so accommodating for my elderly parents with their COVID Boosters. Both times I’ve been there 2x and they have had patience and showed kindness.

Awful customer service. I called 10 times April 15 ,2022. . At 630. To 755. Just to be put on hold and rudely hung up on me over and over even when I said not to put me on hold This pharmacy employees lied to me on numerous occasions about filling different medications and caused me to end up in er 3 times now. I suggest all staff gets fired and rehire new ones. I'm one of 100,s of people who are experiencing these problems. Rite aid CEO has done NOTHING TO FIX PROBLEMS . HE SHOULD GO AS WELL. HOW CAN WE HAVE SUCH 😞 PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT ETHICAL FILLING OUR LIFE SAVING MEDS!!!!!

Pharmacy person asked if I had wellness card. I don't have one . I get all.my prescription at rite aid. The Pharmacy should sign people up especially older people. Older people usually need refills anf.often new medicine orders.my prescription was filled.and service was great.
