I highly recommend QCS! Nick met me after shop hours to replace my tire on my Super73 S1 that went flat last week. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went so far as to wipe down my new Whitewall tires thoroughly so they looked newer than I got them. It was such a great local shop vibe in a big city. I'll definitely be back for all my bike needs in the future.

TL;DR - Great customer service, convenient service and repairs, really cares about customers, very honest and fair pricing and business practices. Scooter: Kaabo Mantis Pro SE, 24Ah, 2022. Very fast, great suspension, perfect range for my needs. 350lb rider, top speed was 45MPH on full charge. When I first decided to stop by Queen City Scooters I was skeptical at first, I figured that I'd be able to get a better deal shopping online and getting the scooter delivered to my house, what I came to find out, however, was that not only is it much more economical to purchase your scooter at Queen City scooters but there's also many additional pros that come along with it. I purchased a scooter that retails for around $2099, with tax and shipping this would've cost me $2300. Queen City Scooters was able to secure me the scooter for $2099 - I didn't pay a cent more. This is outstanding. There are many other pro's as well. Scooters occasionally have problems, and with high-performance scooters you may run into brakes wearing out eventually, tire's popping, and general wear after thousands of miles. Queen City Scooters is the only authorized repair service in the region for various popular scooter brands. Not only that, Queen City Scooters is able to get their parts much cheaper than the general public could. Essentially making it cheaper to have Queen City Scooters repair your scooter then for you to repair it yourself, -this is unheard of. The customer service is also outstanding, Queen City Scooters even has an emergency repair number. Pro's: -Honest, fair, and generous pricing. -Amazing customer service -Full fledged, fully authorized repair shop. -Owner is very knowledgable -Communication is frequent and open before, during, and after the buying process. Con's: -It is best if you go into the shop, now I don't really think this is a con but If you don't want to go in I would encourage you to, it's really worth it. -It is best if you pay in full. Currently the payment plan options are a little sparse BUT they are working on adding more AND the owner really works with you in terms of pricing and payment. So again, not really a con but be aware that if you're purchasing a $3000+ scooter and need extensive financing, you may want to give Queen City Scooters a call to talk about their options first and possibly look at external payment plans. Also on that note, if you're looking at a scooter that you're really interested in but can't afford, the owner is very knowledgable and may be able to find other options that will fit your needs, possibly even better. I was originally looking at a $3500 scooter but after talking with Queen City Scooters he helped me find a scooter that checked all the boxes for $1500 less.
