My team was hired to decorate for an event not long ago at this venue and the owner only gave us 45 mins to clean because she was being money hungry. Booking an event 1 hour after another ended. The floors, chairs, and tables were also dirty on arrival. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Update: Your response was perfect to explain the customer service my team witnessed. But you are correct, we did not book with you nor did we pay so complaining about the cleanliness should come from our mutual client. This review was from an event planner perspective. Not a paying customer. Your frustration should have been towards the paying customer for lack of communication. We work diligently to ensure that we arrive as soon as events end to collect our belongings. We do appreciate the extra time provided to set up. However, it was only requested because we did not receive a response back from a text requesting if we could view the space weeks in advance. Best of luck with your business.

Bathroom was out of order and water from the commode was flowing heavily.

Venue was super small , it smelled like pee . The floors were so dirty the looked as if they had never been mopped . It was a lot of Trash outside of the building . The tables were dirty and sticky . It’s over priced 800 for 4 hours . Building owner/manger unprofessional . I had to spend an additional $45 on cleaning supplies . I booked for my daughters sweet 16 . It was a mess ! The manager Coertta kept texting me asking if everything was fine as if I was doing something wrong . I had to mop the floor 6 times before it came clean . This was my 3rd time booking with her she went up on the table covers an additional $2 after she told me they were 8 she went up to $10.00 . I told her I needed chair covers she told me 2 days before the event they were dirty leaving me rushing trying to find covers . The chairs had holes in them some where all the way broken . I WOULD NOT EVER BOOK AGAIN . Dirty , unprofessional , & rude !

Yes but it has relocated to W. Trade Street by JCSU
It's a nice size place. It held about 100 people at my event. Two restrooms. If you plan on having food, you need to cook it and bring it in. They don't have a kitchen. Easy access to get in and out the building. Plenty of table and chairs.

This place is closing at the end of April. The building is being torn down.
Yes it does! Depending on the event. Most definitely for Trap and paint.. The dance floor is basically your space or however you fit in...
