I love this place because everyone is kind and polite. When you have appointments you just sign in using a kiosk or electroinc pad. They don’t judge you and respect you no matter the condition your in. Everything is quick and they keep in contact with you via text. They’ll text you your next appointment, how your appointment went, and when your prescription was sent to the pharmacy. The only downfall to the place is the parking because Starbucks is next door and they’re drive through goes through the parking lot to there and it can be a pain in the butt to get out.

I went there once 3yrs ago and got in very quickly. Staff were friendly. But now, my roommate is going there and sees a different clinician each time- inconsistent TX plans with each provider. And he NEVER gets his meds on time so he's running out at least once a week.. sometimes for days on end. Today is the 5th day he hasn't had his meds, despite going to the pharmacy every day to inquire. Either the pharmacy can't reach the provider after they've failed to order it, or the pharmacy fails in getting/ filling it. Most times it's due to poor communication between the provider and the pharmacy, or the provider failing to place the order, and then the pharmacy's inability to reach the provider for clarification/ the order. They are closed every Fri thru Sun. When a client calls at any time, they get an answering service out of state, who then attempts to contact the local office. They are rarely successful. I don't know how anyone could stay clean this way. It seems that ensuring the client can get his medication would be the #1 priority of this clinic, but it's not. Then they scold him for having dirty UA'S!? They are failing him-

This is the 3rd time I have had to wait more than 24 hours to get my prescription(which I still have not received).I had to change my first provider do to her lack in my recovery. To be honest it's not many other places that offer you help.I also keep being transferred multiple time to the staff that have no idea what's going on.Just today I had 4 different ppl tell me 3 different things.I just wish they will be a little more helpful to those in recovery.everyone don't have a support system. So ppl need to mindful how they talk and treat those in recovery.

It’s pretty common for a treatment center to want a UA on a first visit or even to guest dosing, I am always prepared to go to the bathroom every time I go to my home clinic...it’s always a good idea to go prepared just in case...
