Went here for a repass. It was clean and spacious and had a kitchen to keep the food separated.

Had a appt to see the venue. When we arrived I sent a text message that we arrived. Via text I was informed that the door was open. We walked in and had to look around alone as there was no help from anyone. The place was decent but to have a customer look at the venue alone is just insane and bad business! We could have been told from the start that we would just be let in the door. Horrible customer service! Again we had several questions but no one took the time to actually be there or inform us we would tour the venue alone! Even after we left the venue there was no follow up via text or call. It’s in poor taste and horrible customer service. I would never book at location that would be so lazy not to even show up for a tour! I pray this is not a minority owed business. As a minority it’s just in poor taste to run a business like this!

The place is nice however I’m only giving 3 stars because they claim the place is equipped with music speakers and their system is so outdated. Speakers are bad and the AV receiver is probably 20 years old This place makes so much money and yet are so cheap to spend 2-3k on sound system
