Went in at an off time during the week to get a COVID test. Had an 11:30am appointment but got there about a half hour early. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Filled out some paperwork and waited less than 10 minutes. Was in and out with my test and was back home at around the time my appointment had been for. So very happy with this experience.

I was so happy when Exer Urgent Care opened up! I have severe sinus infections and they were there for me along with at least 5 Pre-ops! They are wonderful there! The Staff and Doctors are great and Professional! Love ❤️ all the nurses and I can’t say enough for the front staff they are incredible! They are very very nice and extremely helpful in all my needs and go out of there way to make sure you have everything! I have my own Primary Doctor but at Exer it’s a one stop shop! I get my blood work back ASAP, Chest X-Rays, EKG you name it they have what you need! I have referred many people to Exer and they have had the same experience and were grateful for the referral and I will continue to go and to pass my experience with Exer Urgent Care! Thank you All there for being so professional and extremely nice! It really makes a difference when your not feeling well or you have some kind of ailment and the last thing you want is a bad experience! Well in all the times I have been there and it has been a lot I can say it just gets better! So again Thank you All there at Exer Urgent Care Sherman Oaks for helping me you have been fantastic!

Just had a really positive experience at Exer Urgent Care. I took my 86 year old mom and she was treated with kindness and respect. Parking was easy and we didn't wait too long. Would use then again for testing or other medical needs. Great staff!

Very clean and open lobby. They seem to be well staffed. I have been twice in the last 18 months and both times I had nurse and doctors who really listened to my concerns. They all seemed to have a specific path or treatment for recovery and also told me things that I may need to be looking out for. They also sent home paperwork to show what had been done and noted for my medical file. Nice people too.

They take their last patient at 8:30 but not for covid19 testing. Not sure what time they stop doing that for the day.

No. If you have insurance and tell them you have any symptoms they will perform an exam and you will be charged a copay for your test. If you say no symptoms you will get a free test that your insurance pays for.
There are no appointments that I'm aware of. It's first come first serve. You should go before 8:45am and stand in line and also sign up for their virtual line. That is going to be the fastest option for you.
I don't know because I got a regular PCR test that takes 1-3 days. And my insurance covered it. Some places charge up to $100 for a 15 min rapid test. Last time I was at Exer they said their rapid test machine was out of service. You can call to ask if its working again. Good luck.

Depends on the kind of test you want. Regular lab testing for covid-19 is no cost as it's either covered by personal insurance or government program. Rapid testing or antibody testing have costs.
Yes, we do take oscar. To be certain your plan covers your visit to Exer, call the number on your insurance card to verify with them.
