What hotels are walking distance?

It's depends upon how you define walking distance. Businesses do not normally monitor Google Maps for questions about their services or availability. You should consider contacting them directly or using their website. Your answer is easily found using Google maps. Charlotte is not the size of NYC, almost every hotel is within my definition of walking distance.

Closest is Holiday Inn, pretty much across the street. Uptown Charlotte is not that large and there are and HGI and Hampton Inn near the NASCAR hall that are also near by.
