Laziest worst service or lack of service ever experienced in my life

Been going here for years it’s owned by an older couple and a kind young woman that they employ. Been driving across town because it’s usually pretty efficient. Tonight the female owner kept trying to nickel-and-dime me. Even once the young woman tried to take care of me the owner kept nudging her to charge for tape and a box - she apparently couldn’t spare pennies of tape off the 3+ open rolls of tape sitting right there. Insisted I buy a whole roll. I left and will not go back. Ridiculous.

This review is long overdue and my apologies to the owner. I have been coming here for well over five years. I have never had a bad experience. If lines are long someone will pop out of the back of the store to keep things moving. Over the years I have seen many employees come and go but the overall atmosphere/treatment of customers remains very very good. Generally speaking, in my opinion, this has to do with the management. My interactions with the gentleman who owns this franchise has always been wonderful. He’s a very pleasant man I suspect that is the major reason every employee I have encountered there has always been upbeat and pleasant. I suppose if you’re just doing a routine drop off the nearest UPS store would do. However if you need advice, questions answered, packing I would truly suggest you drive an extra mile and come here. It is nice to walk into a store knowing you’re going to be treated well.
