The young gentleman behind the counter (employee 167333) had a lack of personality and customer service. I tried to be friendly but he spoke to me with a blank stare and in a monotone voice like he hated his job.

I needed a few documents scanned in. I provided her two email addresses, off back she act like she could only do one email. I had long documents and she stated she needed to make copies of it to break it down. I was okay with that. When she bring it to me, she had the back of the document missing on it and missing info from the front document & STILL charged me for her mistake. When I was talking to her she act like I was illiterate or she didn’t want to take her time to assist me. I even told her I would wait because I was unimpressed with the customer service nor could anything she copied help me with missing info, I had better service two days before at the same location. She was Caucasian with blonde hair. I won’t be back there.

They are very careless. I signed up for a box. They gave me the wrong box number/ key. Didn't notify me after they caught their error. When I came to check the box they nonchalantly told me. They didn't pay for the change of forwarding due to their error. A month later, I stopped by to pick up packages. I noticed missing packages and went back to have them look again. They lackadaisically looked and said they didn't have any more for me. After bothering people (the new owners of my house who volunteered to drop of a missed forwarding package) and checking my Amazon account I called and asked them to please look again. I was given an attitude although I had been extremely patient with them. The persona gain tried to tell me nothing else was there. When I explained the dates from the slips he interrupted me and tried to tell me it's the date they sorted the packages. I told him I am aware of the dates my orders were set to arrive and my app tells me whwn they are delivered and low and behold two more packages appeared! I also relaized during this time that they or someone else because of their errors had opened one of my packages and reselaed it (the item has a sticker from their store directly on it). I had to drive back to get them to get the packages they said they didn't have, and when I arrived no apology, no hello. He put them on the counter and patted them. Unfortunately they don't let you cancel and get a refund, but im def filling with the BBB and I will find out who else I can co.plaon to because I have no confidence that I have all of my mail or will ever receive all of my packages without issue. Avoid this location and select a different one instead.
