So much for being open...I felt like the zombie apocalypse had come and gone here... Thursday morning after 9 and there is nobody in the store portion and the short line of poor souls had been standing at the service door for over a half hour. I wasn't about to join their ranks...

Went to drop off two packages and asked for a receipt, the rude woman sitting behind the counter said no, because it has to be same day my label was printed. Mind you, it’s the Tuesday after a holiday weekend. I’ve never dealt with not getting a receipt before, and much less heard that being a policy. Then, I went over to grab a few priority boxes and she said “ma’am you can’t take those. Those need to be ordered.” Again, what? They’re the free boxes. I just said “okay” and was turning to walk out, and she said “whatever. Play games then.” …wow.

My wife has went to the lobby numerous times to try and get our mail because it’s not being delivered to our house for the past week. The supervisor and worker at the window close the window in our face and are very very rude. Wet need our mail we have important documents we are waiting on. Do your job and deliver or mail or give it to us. Quit being so rude

Depending on the size and weight. You could get a good deal on the flat rate boxes.

Yes, go to a post office and pay the fee, I believe its $45. And they will put a work order in for their locksmith to come replace it, and once your key comes in, they will notify you. Until then, you should be able to keep your mail on hold at your local post office.
Any day is fine
