3 stars because their product is top of the line - great, but their cartridge system is not it. Hemp flower + concentrate quality is near 10/10! The reason it is not 5 stars is because they've sold me defective products more than once. I am a big fan of their CBD Live Resin, so I often purchase their CBD Live Resin Cartridges. There is NO way to open the cartridge system without breaking the cartridge. I've received 3 cartridges from HempHop where the top came off and can no longer be used. The 1st one I've dropped hard and was admittedly my fault. The 2nd cartridge fell once around pocket height and same issue where the top fell off. 3rd cartridge did NOT experience a drop and the top came right off without any reason. To preserve the resin, I would have to convert to my own empty CCELL or AVD cart. Customer service handled the situation okay, I was able to get a solid discount on my next purchase, but this does not resolve the issue with your cartridge system. I've had better experiences with competitors using CCELL or AVDs, where I can access the oil without breaking the cartridge. I'll continue to buy hemp flower and concentrates, but I'll be steering clear from their cartridges until this gets resolved.

I have been ordering from Hemp Hop for the past couple of months. Always good CBD and speedy delivery. I once ordered a strain I didn’t want by accident and they were able to swap it out for me before the driver left! I wish they dropped more strains more often though but the ones they have and do drop are still pretty good! Highly recommend them for your CBD / Delta 8 needs.
