Ayanna doesn't provide well customer service over the phone. She doesn't seem to care about customer complaints. She just say ok. Kim on the other side is friendly, knowledgeable, and understable. Maybe she can take a few lessons from her other rep. Bus drivers can be nice or rude. Some of them are strict to passengers if you don't have enough money or your transfer expired.

Went there several times last week the restrooms and always dirty there was blood tissue all over the place there was drink bottles and stuff in the urinals and I only saw one guy that was actually working during cleanup.

They are all over town with routes , and really helpful for handicapped and veterans
