Lediana was so great. She saw I was looking at a particular car and reached out to me ready to get me into the car. She even made sure I had a car to leave the lot with when the car i was purchasing wasn’t ready yet which was great. The whole staff and process was amazing definitely thankful.

My wife and I bought a car a few months ago but a dealership near here and that process was terrible. Koons was a 180 from that experience. I went with my son and the atmosphere was great. They had the car I was interested in ready, made a quick good offer on my trade-in. Also just little things, like handing my son a color book while we were waiting was extremely appreciative. No one was pushy and we were really appreciative of everything.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise.
