I am guessing the upgrades will take years. Recently they added a few new running/walking machines that do not include air circulation fans, an item that is important. I joined 5 years ago and much of the outdated and broken equipment is still there. The lockers are never cleaned. One locker in particular has had old shoes and trash in it for over a year. Guys make jokes about those shoes. A simple check of the lockers for trash would do. A year later the old shoes and trash are still in that one locker.

No, equipment is still down and inoperable. In addition, they're constantly missing dumbbells (completely, not just moved or used), barbells (i don't know how they even go missing), and outdated compared to every other LA Fitness in a 20 mile radius (literally). I have not gotten sick from anything rotten nor have I heard of this.

You should call the Woodbridge gym and ask that question. Depending on your type of membership it maybe free.

It depends on the tier you get. They are all different prices.

If you have USAA you can enroll in their Active and Fit Direct program. It's $25/mo but you can have multiple gym memberships all across the country. LA Fitness is one that's included.
