Worst service ever. They manage to lose every single package in my name that comes to my address. They never lose anyone else packages that live at my address. They lied about my package delivery for 6 days and today 9/14/2022 they deemed it lost. However before it got "lost" they turned off the tracking location and before that the truck was just sitting in the middle of nowhere on their little map. They treat this as a joke. Incredibly rude, and won't admit they are in the wrong

Once I found where I could drop off a return package AND find time to make that trip, it was fine. The people at the desk were friendly, clear and helpful. The information on the DHL website for locations accepting return packages is totally messed up. The places it lists for accepting returns don't. Returns are ONLY through the main distribution office. There is only one in the Charlotte area, open on weekdays during normal work hours. I had to carve out more than an hour out of my day to return a pair of shoes that did not fit. I wasted 45 minutes on Saturday going to a listed location for accepting DHL returns that doesn't. It's much easier to use FedX, UPS or the US Mail.
