I generally try to do my own maintenance and repairs. However, I have used Certified Mowers 7 or 8 times over the last 10 years. These guys always treat you fair and with respect. Very knowledgeable and decent prices on their parts and labor. A few years back, I bought a gravely mower that was on consignment at their facility. When I got it home, it kept throwing belts. When I let the owner know I was disappointed in my purchase, he had me drop it off. They chased a difficult problem for about 2 weeks but finally got it correct. And the kicker.... He didn't charge me a dime!!!! Even though the mower was not his. He cared enough about his business reputation to make a repair on someone else's mower for free. That's the kind of people you will deal with at this store. Because of their reputation, they are very busy. Sometimes you have to wait for your repair a little longer than you would like. But you have every confidence it will be done correctly and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
