Yes
There isn't technically "handicap parking" -that I know of- but the parking lot is on a level service. There are stairs to reach a long path when walking to the actual jail entrance. They, more than likely, will let you wheel down the driveway to avoid the hassle of stairs, if necessary. The jail entrances should be easy enough. Hope this helps!
