Asked for 2 well done burgers and both were red and they gave me bad lettuce and tomatoes. Nothing looked edible. Kid asked me can you never order from here again please.

Have been coming here for years. Staff are always friendly and service is always great. Even when ive had a few mistakes through delivery services they always make it right. Becoming a stripes member also got me tons of free food and deserts overtime. Would recommend this location.

Horrible service with the manager Manny Arruda. he is very rude to customers and especially his own workers. could hear him yelling at our waiter, can’t control his anger etc. Cleaning with harsh products around customers , couldn’t even eat. terrible experience with him. Our waitress was perfect. him on the other end. AWFUL.

Horrible service! Both we ordered both steaks medium and they made it well done. When we tell the manager, Edwin, he was very rude and claimed that a medium steak it’s not supposed to have any pink. He was extremely rude, and gave me a horrible experience. He also refuses on remaking my order and took my plate back to the kitchen. What a waste of time and food!
