aNEVER ORDERING FROM UPS AGAIN🥱 I’ve been waiting 4 days past my delivery date to get my package. i’ve gotten so many emails for the past 4 days saying my package will be “delivered today before 7:00pm” & still get nothing but when i go back on my email to check it i’ll have another email saying it’ll be “delivered tomorrow because 7:00pm”. I’ve called customer service & i have talked to a total of 7 people explaining them that i haven’t gotten my package & still nothing yet.

It's amazing to me that they ARE STILL LYING about delivering something (updated 5/2022) .... I purposely sat home all day and night, WAITING for them to come because I not only get EMAILS BUT TEXT UPDATES TOO... Sure enough, they LIED & SAID they attempted a delivery at 7:15pm, the time they ALWAYS come bc they save the closest stop for last then DON'T DO IT..... And now the text says they're bringing it to some access point, some place I'll have TO GO TO when I PAID FOR DELIVERY & CAN'T get to this other place, wherever THAT IS, until tmrw. I really WISH these places would people a CHOICE on WHO delivers their stuff because I've stopped ordering from places that use UPS, & this new place is now on that list. This is the worst package option STILL. Super lazy, incompetent people that lie about deliveries they DON'T MAKE. My door buzzer is loud enough to wake the dead, so I KNOW they didn't come. And it's NOT the first time 4th day... After all this, and 2 more calls, then speaking to a supervisor, it was FINALLY delivered tonight. Why it took all THIS, and a call to a supervisor, for nothing being wrong, I'll never know. THEY said my apartment number wasn't on there, but it was. THEY made the mistake, and I had to make 6 or 7 calls over 3 days and all over their mistake. Absolutely ridiculous. Use a different method if you can. Or have it delivered to a different town. Bc Dartmouth is terrible. 3rd day UPDATE.. 3RD CALL. STILL NEVER CHANGED STATUS OF THE ADDRESS OR APARTMENT NUMBER. STILL CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANYONE TO HELP. NO CALL BACK EITHER Day2 EDIT TO Update! WHAT A ABSOLUTE MESS OF A COMPANY!!! Sat on the phone FRIDAY for nonsense APOLOGIZING for not even LOOKING FOR MY APARTMENT NUMBER WHICH IS MY ADDRESS, Don't do it if you can help it. Use ANY OTHER service! I'm not the ONLY ONE saying this, and Yet......here we are STILL, as seen by all the OTHER 1 star reviews.

I understand that as of late, supply chains and postal services struggle to catch up with demand due to the pandemic. However, customer service and raising the right expectations shouldn’t be neglected. On three occasions, I contacted customer service to find out what happened to my package after requesting a hold on delivery to pick up in person. I had already paid the $7 fee to change delivery options in order to pick it up on the same day. They were not able to disclose which center the package arrived at for some odd reason. The first two calls promised to call me back within the hour to confirm pickup details, in which they failed to do. The last call said that it arrived at a customer center in Warwick, RI, instead of this one, so I changed course while driving. They said I could pick it up before 8 PM, but when I arrived, the Warwick center said it closed at 5 PM. I was clearly upset by then, but to add insult to injury: at exactly 8 PM, I get an email from customer service that the package was at this center ALL ALONG. I was fuming. UPS’ failure to provide an accurate answer, raising the wrong expectations, and their disorganization demonstrated that they are the worst postal service I have ever used. USPS does it better. Christ have mercy.

This place is absolute garbage!!!!! I would give this place no stars if it was possible. Incompetent and brainless people. I have given clear instructions through my UPS account, via email and verbally over the phone to leave my package at my door. Instead, they want to do what they want and ignore my instructions. Not sure why it never registers or clicks with them. Every time, they re-route my packages back to sender. When I call customer service, they are equally no help. No one EVER calls back or does what they say there are going to do. It doesn't help that they you have be on hold for 30 minutes. UPS needs to just give up and go out of business. I hate when venders ships with them. The Dartmouth location literally is full of people that don't have two brain cells to connect.

Mine has said that the last 2 days too . I think it’s because there so backed up so aggravating
Their hours change almost daily, and they're always ridiculous, so Google simply can't keep up. They need to be open during normal business hours, but sometimes they will literally open at 6:30pm. I don't know what their management is thinking.

It does open at 9 but the door self locks so you have to knock on the door & peer inside for the clerk. Usually by 1030am is when the drivers are off the property which is safer for customers. There's always someone there but the clerk don't start until 9am
