The registration process they require you to do from your own phone is a nightmare.

Doctor Patel was great, however I can never get anyone on the phone when I call and that's been an issue for three years now. Today after my appointment Dr Patel let me know I can pick up the normal paperwork from the front desk. I left and forgot but came right back and asked for my daughter's paperwork on her diagnosis and a return to work statement. The lady at the front of desk told me she had no idea what I was talking about and that they don't do print offs of the diagnosis and that I have to specifically get it off the portal which iv been coming here for 3 years and never had this issue. She told me they have never printed that stuff off which is a lie and then tried to tell me that I'd have to wait on the Dr to sign off on it and I told her that the Dr already told me to come get it at the front desk. I left without the paperwork because I was close to yelling at her because of her attitude and laziness.

This pediatric group was my favorite for the longest time. I have spent HOURS on the phone just to make appointments. All of my children are at least six months behind on their well child check ups because you can never reach an actual person to set an appointment. The appointment request through the patient portal is an absolute JOKE!! I looking for a new pediatric office for my five children after 15 years because the hassle to make appointments is that DIFFICULT.

We have been coming to this pediatric group for 4 years now and have never had an issue. The doctors and nurses are all amazing. However, I’ve noticed the last few months that they are incredibly slow. I will wait on hold for over 20 minutes just to make an appointment. And the last few visits we have spent over 20 minutes in the waiting room, and then another 30+ minutes in the exam room waiting to be seen by the doctor. By the time we finally get seen, my four year old is tired of waiting and is full of energy, I have to fight to get my daughter to sit still so I can listen to what the doctor is saying. It’s even more frustrating because when we go the waiting room isn’t busy and the parking lot is practically empty. Unfortunately, I think it is time for me to find a new pediatric office.
