Had a horrible experience with Jim Hicks, a salesman with KC Bobcat. After submitting paperwork to buy a machine weeks went by I never heard back from Jim so I made a purchase elsewhere. On Monday August 29th 2022 Jim Hicks trespassed on our property searching for the new machine I purchased because Jim Hicks didn’t get the sale he wants to have the dealership where I purchased penalized 8-12% ($8k-10k) for selling me a machine and KC Bobcat claims Jackson County, Missouri is their territory. During the trespassing ordeal Jim Hicks originally lied about why he was on our property , said the neighbors told him we purchased a new machine … come to find out that was a lie. The problem is Jim Hicks so beware. Still to date Jim Hicks was supposed to get pricing on a attachment and failed to follow up or follow through.
