Horrible experiences every time. Staff know nothing about medicines, give wrong info, fail to fill prescriptions on time. Pills are often "out of stock" but can be suddenly filled if you are persistent. This place is horrible. I wish I never had to go here again but the prescriptions I need are a lot cheaper here.

Received a text our prescription was ready. Went to pick up and waited the USUAL 30 MINUTES in line only to find out the text was sent in error. Wait times are too long. We are in the process of moving to a new pharmacy.

Told it would be a 5 hr wait..when they close in 4 hrs. Unbelievable

Once again, I get in line and it is a line. Not once or twice, but every time I come to pick up a prescription it takes 30 minutes (or more) to get through the line. It does not appear to be an issue that HyVee cares to address.
