My Nissan Sentra was totaled a few weeks ago and I reached out to this Nissan location to get info on purchasing a new car. I came in and met with Krystal and we went over my options so I was prepared when the payout from my insurance came through. She helped me plan through the process and once my money came through and I was ready to purchase she found me the PERFECT car! She found the one with every single feature I wanted- and the car has a beautiful color and interior. She worked with me and finance to make the payments work for my budget and I bought the car on Saturday. I had to get insurance set up and wait for Monday for them to get the registration worked out. Krystal helped with every step of that process- even with helping me get the insurance payments low enough for me to affording! I went to drive to go pick up my new Rogue Sport Monday night and my rental car broke down in the way there. Krystal and Alex then came and drove to where I broke down to pick up my son and I, and bring us back to pick up the car. This was truly the most amazing customer service I’ve ever received. Krystal went above and beyond for me and walked me through every step of the way! And I absolutely LOVE my new car!

Mason Alfonso was very professional, polite and did an excellent job with the purchase of my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. He went through the vehicle in detail and answered all of my questions, worked with the finance department to offer different financing options, supporting getting the jeep registered quickly.
